Customer Contract Operations Deputy Manager

About the Role
SWIFT Finance Operations - Customer Contracts Team is looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to run the operational activities and work closely with other team members in handling customers' ordering. The Customer Contracts team is responsible for all ordering activities that will be triggering access to products and services and invoices for the customer.

What to expect:

  • Coordinate multiple operational activities run by the team members to meet multiple deadlines and within SLA
  • Perform order processing and other BAU activities in rotation with other team members
  • Review, update and revamp documentation for standardization
  • Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures to meet audit requirements
  • Handle queries/cases and oversee ad-hoc requests received by the team
  • Provide feedback and insights on operational activities
  • Help promote company culture and encourage top performance and high morale
  • Work with Manager to determine values and mission and plan for short and long-term goals
  • Actively participating and bring your expertise in discussions with Business, Sales, Customer operations, Center Of Excellence and others
  • Management of reporting activities at team level such as KPI report, Team dashboard on monthly basis
  • Be the back-up in the absence of the Manager as required
What will make you successful?
  • Degree Holder in Finance or any other similar disciplines
  • 5 + years in Customer Ordering or Customer Business Operations field experience. Prior working experience in MNC is preferred.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various teams globally - Strong assertiveness and influencing skills
  • Strong capability in applying process improvement, challenging status quo and finding solutions that could benefit the team
  • Ability to work under tight deadline, high pressure environment and maintain agile/flexible
  • Self-motivated individual, able to work in routine but also proactively seeking new challenges
  • Strong team player to accomplish results, coordinate team operations and working cross-functionality
  • Experience to work with SAP/PEGA/CRM Salesforce /CPQ / Confluence & Jira - IT affinity
