Product Owner - Custom Reporting Solutions Squad

About the Role
In this context, SWIFT, and more specifically our Data and Analytics Tribe, is looking for a Product Owner to drive the delivery of custom reporting solutions to financial institutions and market infrastructures, providing Critical Service Levels (CSL) and Key Performance Indicators used to measure and report SWIFT's performance against SLA targets.

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible to enhance and manage the solutions in the scope of Custom Reporting Solutions squad as part of SWIFT data and analytics offering

What to expect:

• Provide automated and customized contractual and analytical reporting solutions for Financial Institutions and Market Infrastructures for Service Level Agreement KPIs tracking and Critical Service Levels measurements;
• Shape the vision of the Custom Reporting Solutions (CRS) squad by aligning with the company's strategy;
• Understand customer needs, capture and consolidate requirements/feedback, and translate them into requirements, follow-up on delivery/communication;
• Work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders (project manager, commercial teams, risk, operations, global security, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery of the solutions to customers;
• Define high standards and procedures of operational excellence required for service and product delivery.
• Be the overall responsible person for the deliveries delivered to external customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain the backlog prioritization and create quarterly objectives for the performance of the squad (OKRs)
• Brainstorm within the Squad to find the best way to answer to customer needs and to prioritize them
• To have a very tangible impact on the growth of the team members of the Squad by understanding them, supporting them, helping them and driving them to be the best version of themselves.

What will make you successful?

• University degree or equivalent
• Min 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a Data & Analytics or Financial Industry sector
• Being a self-driven, motivated and purpose-led individual with personal drive and ambition: The Product Owner, from the interactions with the Squad and stakeholders needs to become the embodiment of a vision for the squad. Being passionate about it is key to get everyone on board.
• Being able to drive key objectives supporting the vision and define and apply strategies to get to the expected results. Drives successful outcomes through collaboration, influence and partnership in a complex, matrix environment.
• Clear understanding of the Agile Methodology and proven experience working in teams making use of it.
• While the Product Owner will join a Squad of people proficient in the Agile methodology and is supported by Agile Coaches, having a clear and firm understanding of what the Agile methodology means is an absolute necessity to understand how to drive the Squad properly and swiftly.
• The candidate must have an innovative mindset, be willing to challenge the status-quo and support the Squad members to give the best of themselves to produce high-quality results.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbally, and ability to work with internal and external customers.
• Ability and desire to succeed in a diverse, multi-cultural environment, across varied geographies and teams.
• Ability to achieve the best result by empowering and giving teams responsibility, but at the same time know how to excite and challenge them to achieve the squad deliverables.
