Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the Reconciliation team and ensure smooth and efficient running of the BAU operations while minimising operational risk
• Ensure that the work processes are aligned and compliant to the Company’s internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Be the main point of contact for any enquiries or issues relating to the reconciliation work
• Lead any project or process improvement initiatives when required

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Degree with at least 10 years of treasury / securities operations in a Bank
• Experience leading a team is mandatory
• Well-versed with financial products or instruments such as derivatives, equities, bonds, fixed income, FX/MM etc
• Familiar with Swift messages
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
