Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for efficient and timely processing of all Corporate Action events for various products and dividend / coupon payments
• Familiar with the front-to-back workflow, including the impact of the corporate actions processing on asset valuation and taxes
• Be the point of escalation of all issues relating to corporate actions, and liaise with all internal & external stakeholders to resolve any discrepancy on a timely manner
• Lead and guide any junior team member
• Drive changes and work process improvement initiative whenever required

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree with at least 5 years of corporate actions / securities operations experience in a Bank / Financial Institution
• Familiar with swift messages
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
