My client is a global financial services firm focused on cryptocurrencies and digital assets. This firm is now hiring 2 Product Controllers (open to fresh graduates / Big 4 audit candidates with 2 years´ experience).

With offices in Singapore and New York City, they have a team of market professionals to support the trading, execution, structuring, investing and risk management needs of institutional investors, blockchain companies, broker-dealers, and foundations.

Job Description:

• Ensuring timely and accurate calculation, verification, and reporting of daily P&L and analytics

• Monitoring trading activities for compliance with various related policies

• Detailed daily/monthly commentary on P&L movement

• Tactical automation of processes relating to product control & broader topics. Contribute to build out of processes, and steering process improvement initiatives

• Balance Sheet reconciliation and substantiation for month end

• Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You 

Experience:

• Fresh Graduates with strong STEM background or Big 4 candidates with 2 years' of audit experience
• Knowledge or exposure to Product Control/ Middle Office function within a bank or similar financial services institution is a plus

• Understanding of derivatives and trading environment is a plus

• Strong interest in getting hands ‘dirty’, building up processes, and commitment to improving his/her own computer literacy so as to tactically automate processes

Education/Technical:

• STEM or Big 4 audit background
• Some technical literacy, or at least possess strong interest to acquire basic coding skills e.g. Python (collating data from API, building dashboards, etc) is a plus.
