Job Details

Reporting to the Treasurer, the position covers debt management, structuring financing solutions, negotiating with banks, trade financing and foreign exchange.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Negotiation of bank facilities by working closely with banks/ financial service providers and business segments/ country leads
• Maintaining of debt, including loans, bonds
• Monitor bank service fees, assess competitiveness, address quality issues and negotiate/ liaise with Legal, Tax and banks on financial terms and loan documentation
• Monitor Debt covenants, drawn downs and FX risk exposure
   

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
