You will be the right-hand man of the CRO, responsible for annual ORSA exercise, developing, maintaining, and enhancing stress test scenarios, ALM strategies, quantitative risk appetite, risk model management, and support in annual business planning exercise and/or other key strategic initiatives.

About the job
You will be responsible for:

• Annual ORSA exercise and presentation to the management and board risk committee
• Working closely with the various departments across actuary, investment, etc. on developing stress test scenarios
• Providing in-depth analysis of the business solvency position
• Formulating asset-liability management (ALM) strategies and advising the business from a risk perspective
• Maintaining and enhancing the business risk models, monitoring financial risk exposure, propose and implement financial risk policies and practices to align with industry best practices

Skills and experience required

• Degree in Actuarial Science/Financial Engineering/Statistics/Mathematics or any related discipline
• At least 8 years of financial risk/actuarial experience in the insurance industry, with strong working knowledge in financial risk, asset-liability management (ALM)
• You should possess excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
• In order to succeed, you should have strong business acumen, with good critical thinking skills
