The ideal candidate will have more than 8 years of experience in talent acquisition function with expertise and knowledge of technical hiring specially in the Fintech space.
This is both a leadership and hands on role where you will develop and manage a best-in-class talent acquisition function to ensure successful attraction of top talent in the Fintech Industry.
The candidate will be directly involved in strategic senior hires and is expected to build a network of senior industry and professional contacts specific to the fintech industry.Â
The candidate should be strategic yet hands on as the candidate would be expected to run searches for senior hires.
