SVP / VP, Experimentation Lead, Transformation Group

About this role:
The Transformation Group's Experience Strategy team is looking for an experienced marketer to establish our Experimentation Centre of Excellence, this is a key tenet of our transformation agenda to build a start-up culture characterised by experimentation, innovation, and agile.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide thought leadership to guide the bank towards experimentation best practices,
  • Drive complex transformation initiatives to embed experimentation as the methodology to uncover growth opportunities, create delightful experiences, and improve productivity,
  • Provide consultation to business teams in their experiment design, results analysis, and experiment ideation,
  • Collaborate with business counterparts to integrate experimentation into the different stages of product development e.g. business case, budgets, MVP, release planning, customer feedback, and continuous improvements,
  • Collaborate with technology counterparts in developing a product roadmap that enables a variety of experiment use cases across channels, reduces employee toil in experiment setup, and upholds scientific rigor,
  • Design and manage programs to maximize adoption of experimentation capabilities by running broad base awareness programs and developing a community of practitioners,
  • Establish governance frameworks to drive the experimentation agenda including capability development, adoption of capabilities, culture building, and KPI management.

Requirements:
  • Leadership position in customer experience, digital marketing, or growth management with hands on experience running A/B testing, funnel optimization, CRM, performance marketing, SEO, or web/app design at scale,
  • Significant experience managing senior sponsors and working team squads in a multiple-stakeholder environment,
  • Ability to manage complex and competing priorities, conflict management and resolution skills are required,
  • Able to drive an agenda and influence stakeholders outside of formal reporting lines is a must,
  • A self-starter and collaborator that flourishes in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and deadline-driven environment,
  • Structured analytical abilities, effective communication, and presentation skills,
  • Experience working in Financial services / Fintech is a plus.
